Who are they?

Steve Gregory and his Leicester Balloon Co claim that they are members of NABAS

NABAS according to Nabas.com is: the only independent national trade association for balloon decorators, retailers, wholesalers & manufactures and suppliers of balloon related services such as gas & air in the party and promotional balloon industry.

Yet they say Steve who?

Incredible isn't it?

Steve Gregory and Leicester Balloon co on http://www.leicesterballoonco.com/ uses the logo on his website and they say he is not even a member!
